You can only meet life as deeply as you've met yourself.

I am a student of life, and everything I offer others I have first walked myself. 

My journey has been anything other than expected, but it was those experiences that awakened the wisdom I now share with others.

I have been consciously walking this path since 2018, but my life completely changed when I answered a deep soul call to walk away from everything familiar. 

In 2023, with much resistance, I chose to say yes to my heart. Which also meant leaving the man I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with, the home we built together, and my decade long career. 

It was over the 3 years following that decision where I completely transformed who I am and how I see life. Through deep inner work with myself, the unseen, plant medicines, and fellow teachers — I began to heal and awaken on profound levels. 

The art of Shadowlight was birthed from remembering the process of internal alchemy, witnessing how my own darkness is just my light waiting to be embodied. 

My journey has provided me with this beautiful soul medicine that allows me to see clearly, feel deeply, and hold others in a sacred container for them to experience the most profound energy of their own soul’s expression. 

My gifts are unique and offer others a space to experience the process of internal alchemy, where we will transmute what you are no longer being asked to carry into divine love.
